gb9o Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gb9o platform and all of its associated services. When you create an account on gb9o, log in, or use any game or service, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared specifically for users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use services on gb9o. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and their balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, gb9o reserves the right to close all of them and cancel any bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed. If your information changes, notify gb9o support immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gb9o supports transactions only through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The digital payment service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — The mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, it may take longer during identity verification or in the event of technical issues.

3.4 Identity Verification

gb9o reserves the right to verify identity before processing withdrawals for security purposes. If required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal may be delayed or put on hold.

3.5 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted — transactions must be made only from an account registered in the user's name.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

gb9o offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions

A bonus may be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:

• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the bonus terms.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system as a group.

4.4 Promotional Offers

gb9o may offer additional promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict with the general terms, the specific terms of the promotion will apply.

gb9o is committed to ensuring fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

If any of the above activities are detected, gb9o reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all funds, and notify the relevant authorities.

• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers is based on regular and active play. gb9o reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. The cashback rates are the maximum limits — the actual rate may vary depending on circumstances.
